Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling We now offer the following options for postage within the United Kingdom, either STANDARD POST or EXPRESS DELIVERY or our New SERVICE - UK (mainland) Courier Post

This is a new service where are packages are sent by Courier
Attempted delivery is within 2 - 4 working day
We aim to deliver most parcels within 2 working days.
Please list an address where the goods can be signed for ie a work address or a neighbours address if out where ever possible otherwise you will need to collect the parcel from the couriers depot.

Option 1 - UK Standard Post.
Most United Kingdom orders are dispatched within 1 working day and received within 3 - 5 working days. We are unable to guarantee delivery times on this service. Postage rates START from just £3.50 (Parcels over 2kg may be sent via courier)

Option 2 - UK - EXPRESS DELIVERY (Mainland UK Only - excludes remote parts of Scotland)
Orders are sent on a sign for service and delivered within 2 working days. Please list a delivery address where the goods can be signed for, to ensure delivery. i.e work address. If we are unable to attempt delivery within the 2 working days as part of our guarantee on express delivery parcels we will refund you the DELIVERY COSTS - the only exception apply during bad weather conditions and Industrial action by Royal Mail.

For all express deliveries you must provide an address where someone will be in to accept the parcel. (See Postal Tips)

Orders will be delivered by courier between 08.00 - 17.30 hours Monday - Friday.

Please note if you are not in to sign for the package, the goods will be held for your collection at our courier's nearest parcel depo. It is your responsibility to collect the parcel from these premises within 5 days otherwise the package will be returned to sender and additional return postage charges will be applied to your order. If you wish to cancel your order at this point we will only refund you the cost of the goods sold, once the items have been sent back to us less all postage charges. Items can be redispatched but will occur a postage surcharge.

This service is only available to customers in England, Scotland and Wales (Mainland UK only and NOT Highlands or remote parts Scotland or less the parcel weight is below 2Kg - These postal codes include AB, DD, FK, G, HS, IV, KA, KY, KW, PA, PH, ZE)


Please note during postal industrial action we are unable to guarantee time-scales on any of the above services, this is part of our terms and conditions.

OVERSEAS ORDERS - Overseas orders are sent by airmail and take on average 2 - 3 weeks to arrive from the dispatch date, although this is NOT guaranteed and some packages may take longer to arrive. Postage rates for international orders start from £8.50. - Please note NO insurance cover is available on OVERSEAS shipments what so ever, orders are shipped at the customers own risk. Items are dispatched on a registered service and have tracking / bar code numbers. We are unable to cancel any overseas order once it has been dispatched, this is a condition of sale, and all costs and postal expenses will be bourne by the customer alone. We can only offer a refund for the cost of the goods less any direct postal costs that we have incurred once the item has been returned saftely back to ourselves.

Please be aware we DO NOT accept any responsibility what so ever on orders losted due to the fact a customer has submitted an incomplete or invalid postal address, all such losses shall be bourne by the customer alone.
Parcels returned back to us by postal authorities due to customers failure to collect for what ever reason can be resent out agian however additional postage rates will be applied to your order. Please note when an parcel is sent back to us via Royal Mail due to the fact the customer has failed to collect the item, customers are warned we cannot take any action as per our terms until we are in receipt of the returned parcel this process can take up to 8 weeks, thus it is important on all UK orders if you are not in receipt of your parcel within 5 working days to contact your Royal Mail depot urgently to avoid major delays. Items over 2kg are sent by Courier and they only hold onto items for 3 days.

POSTAL TIPS
These tips are designed to ensure swift and trouble free deliveries.
1. If possible list a Business address where the parcel can be signed for.
2. List a neighbour’s address where the parcel could be left if you were out.
(This can be listed just below class of service in the box labelled “any special delivery instructions” i.e If out leave with neighbour at number 33)
3. Use Express Delivery, especially during peak periods.
Delivery Schedule General Details
We deliver your order right away. We will normally DISPATCH your order within 1 working day via Standard Mail or Express Post.

For customer wishing a faster guaranteed delivery service within mainland UK, (England, Scotland and Wales only) we now offer "UK - Express Delivery". Orders are sent on a SIGN FOR SERVICE and delivered within 2 working days.

Uk Mainland Courier post is a new service where items are sent on a courier registered service - you will need to sign for the parcel. Delivery is attempted within 2 - 4 working days. Please list an address where somebody is around to sign for the parcel - work addresses are advised or suggest an neighbours address if out.. We aim to delivery your parcel within 2 working days from your order date.

Most Standard Post Parcels are received within a week, however we are unable to guarantee time scales on this service and in the few cases parcels may be delayed for longer periods by the Mail provider. Thus customer wishing or requiring a faster guarantee service should select "UK Express Delivery".

If you are not available to take delivery you will need to collect the parcel from our mail providers enqueries office. Presently our mail providers are Royal Mail and Business Post - (We use Business Post for heavy items such as lava lamps - Most items over 2kg will be sent by a courier services no matter what class of post has been selected). Generally speaking If you have not received your parcel within 5 working days it means our mail provider (which is normally Royal Mail) have attempted to deliver but no one was around to take delivery, here you need to contact them urgently and make arrangements to collect the parcel from your local depo.

We are unable to investigate any queries relating non-receipt of goods after five weeks has lapsed from your order date. Customers who have not received their orders must contact us after two weeks has expired from their order date, or before five weeks has lapsed.

Please be aware we DO NOT accept any responsibility what so ever on orders lost due to the fact a customer has submitted a wrong, incomplete, confusing or invalid postal address, all such losses shall be bourne by the customer alone. An order is classed as lost once 29 days have passed from the dispatch date on United Kingdom orders only. If an order becomes lost due to the fact a wrong, incomplete, confusing or invalid postal address was subbmitted by the customer, all such losses shall be bourne by the customer alone. Parcels returned back to us by postal authorities due to customers failure to collect for what ever reason can be resent out agian however additional postage rates will be applied to your order.



OVERSEAS ORDERS are generally received in under 21 days. Please note for international orders all prices are stated in Pound Sterling. For our American customers the exchange rate is approx £1 = $1.6, thus £10 = $16 approx - please note this is only a guide. Customers of the United States should be advised for legal reason that we are unable to sell most of our movie star memorabilia to you. We are unable to cancel any overseas order once it has been dispatched, this is a condition of sale, and all costs and postal expenses will be bourne by the customer alone. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will delete it from your order and make the necessary adjustments
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any of our products please return them to us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Please ensure you email us first for returns instructions listing your order date and order number. Please note we are unable to accept any returns after 7 working days of receipt of your goods. All faults / defects / problems MUST be reported to us by email within 3 working days of receipt of your order. We are unable to look into any matter or query after 5 weeks has lapsed from your order date. We are unable to look into any query if you are unable to supply us with your original order number. All goods are sold as novelty goods only. Goods may vary in colour and image from images shown on the website, these are factors beyond our control as manufacturers designs change from time to time without notice.

Privacy Policy Kitsch Stocking Fillers do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy If for whatever reason you do not wish to keep your purchase, then return the item to us, unused and in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Please note we only refund the actual cost of the goods in question and not any post or packaging costs incurred. Legally for reasons of hygiene we are unable to give refunds on the following items fancy dress costumes, duvet and bedding sets, underwear and jewelry items, such as cufflinks, rings, pendants, earring and so on.


Please note we are unable to give any refunds on bulb / l.e.d lighting products as Bulbs are NOT guaranteed on any of these products. Any faults / defects MUST be reported to us by email within 3 working days of receipt of your order, this is a reasonable length of time for you to inspect and check your goods.

Our returns conditions are:

Goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).

Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

Goods must be returned back within 7 days from the day you received your order.

Goods must be returned with a copy of the invoice or dispatch note as we require this for proof of purchase of the said goods, without this information no refund will be processed.


If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we will not issue a refund. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable. Notice is given that free offers will be accounted for if returned goods takes the order value below the free offer level. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please return any free offer goods with your returns if your order value will drop below the free offer level. Please note that postage is not refundable.


We will not refund any monies for item sent back to us for what ever reason until we are in receipt of the goods - From this date, one must allow 30 days for refunds to be processed. Please note that credit card refunds will be made without further notification to yourself.


When returning goods, please obtain your own receipt of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items lost / damaged in transit.


Please note we will not look into any matter if a copy of the invoice / dispatch note is not sent back with the returned goods. This document is your proof of purchase of the said item and is required to resolve any matter.


ALL ITEMS must be returned back to us within 7 days from receipt of delivery, and you must provide us with the original invoice or despatch note as proof of purchase, otherwise we are unable to process the refund.


We will NOT PROCESS ANY REFUND for goods sent back after 7 DAYS for whatever reason.


Please note we will not look into any matter if a copy of the invoice / dispatch note is not sent back with the returned goods. This document is your proof of purchase of the said item and is required to resolve any matter.

Business To Business Returns
Bulk / Business to Business Returns must be returned within 7 days of receipt - We will only refund the cost of the goods sold less all postage costs and a 20% restrocking fee.
Remittance Terms Most UK Orders are dispatched within 1 working day - If you have not received your UK order within 5 working days assume that the goods are awaiting your collection at your LOCAL Royal Mail sorting depo. Items are sent registered.
